No refunds or returns UNLESS item(s) is faulty upon receipt. Please inspect your item(s) once it has arrived and contact me within 7 days. Once we receive the item(s) in original condition(you are responsible for return shipping, Sew Sweet Babies Boutique is not responsible for lost item(s) if shipment is lost) Once we determine that there is a fault, we will replace the item(s) and ship the replacement to you at no additional cost. Also, we will apply store credit for the amount of return shipping fees(you must have a receipt that shows the amount) that incur due to our faulty item(s).

Shipping is done by USPS(United States Postal Services) first class. I cannot do ANY RUSH ORDERS at this time. Please allow up to 7-10 business days(Mon-Fri) FOR PRODUCTION plus USPS shipping times.

EVERY item(s) you purchase from us are handmade(otherwise noted). Depending on the production lot of the fabric(s) from our distributors, same patterns/colors may differ. We strive to accurately determine the sizing chart. Due to all babies growth rate, we cannot guarantee the fit for each month stage. PLEASE refer to our measurements so you will have the perfect fit.
